Ten performances, in the capital and in different municipalities of the province, between the months of October and November
Today the presentation ceremony of the 'Sevilla Flamenca 2025' circuit took place in the capital of Seville.″, an initiative promoted by the Seville Provincial Federation of Flamenco Entities in collaboration with Prodetur-Turismo of the Province of Seville that seeks to promote, preserve, make visible and offer flamenco as an experience in the Sevillian municipalities. The presentation was given by the vice president of Prodetur, Hans Rodrigo Rodrigo, the president of the Seville Provincial Federation of Flemish Entities, Concha Prieto, and the vice president of this non-profit cultural entity, Manuel Macias.
They attended the event, in addition, Juan Fernandez, also vice president of this Sevillian Federation of Flamenco Entities, and representatives of the collaborating city councils and the flamenco clubs.
Through a calendar of performances promoted by the clubs, The circuit will cover the capital and eight Sevillian municipalities between 4 of October and 2 November, with artists like La Moneta, Pepe Torres, Pastora Galvan, Rafael Campallo or Anabel Valencia, among others. The closing will take place in Lebrija, coinciding with the Provincial Meeting of Peñas Flamencas.
In relation to this project, Rodríguez Hans thanked the Federation for “its commitment to the preservation and dissemination of flamenco”, and to the town councils and clubs, his involvement. He has also highlighted experience tourism as an “engine” of differentiation and sustainability.. “A tourism that invites you to experience the authentic, what remains in memory. And there is nothing more authentic, more ours, than flamenco”.
